Yes, I like your words, "i...Hi Dr. PlumPetals! Yes, I like your words, "it is really about conquering your mind." You are so wise for your age. That thought really only occurred to me at age 40, about 5 years ago.<br /><br />Most of our limitations are caused by us. If we don't like where we are at in any aspect of our life, it was our life formula that got us there. If we want the result to change, we have to change the formula. <br /><br />And then execute. Most people are day-dreaming about goals, but they never fully execute any daily steps of the plan. Don't think too hard--just do it. <br /><br />Lastly, I have teen kids that I have to explain that (Just do) "it" does not just refer to sex.
