That doesn't make you any less focused or dedicated to your health & fitness. Sometimes fixing other external stressors (like your paper work & work in general) will help clear your mind and you will feel better. <br /><br />I know it's all easier said than done, but take a deep breath and try not to be so hard on yourself.
