At the same time, I am overweight and I really don't want to be.Kittyhttp://lessofabetterme.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817953982491612075.post-1124359124060532022014-07-18T14:18:13.419+01:002014-07-18T14:18:13.419+01:00Wow- just wow- it's like you're in my head...Wow- just wow- it's like you're in my head. I agree with you, I am fat, that doesn't define who I am as a person.

Thanks for sharing!!!Shannon Tatlockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05201334366054546086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-817953982491612075.post-21380648347149728912014-07-18T12:22:52.451+01:002014-07-18T12:22:52.451+01:00When I was obese I didn't hate myself, but I h...When I was obese I didn't hate myself, but I hated the fat that clung to my body. It was like the fat had it's own identity. I didn't want to work with it, get comfortable with it or accept it. I didn't want to lose it because I wanted to look like a teenager again. I wanted to lose it to feel comfortable in my own skin, physically and mentally.

I totally get this post.
