You know, some of this feeling is probably c...Hi A! You know, some of this feeling is probably caused by having a demanding personality. I recognize it well because our personalities are very much alike. <br /><br />I kept making fitness progress even after going down to about 5 to 6 hours of fitness per week. Much of my progress is from improved technique. Strangely, a person sometimes can often do better by reading excellent fitness technique books rather than spending more hours per week in the gym. <br /><br />But, truth be told, I'd like to play around with a few more hours per week in the gym. On Saturday, I had an extra hour at the gym, during which I joked with a few more friends, got more cardio in, and still had 20 extra minutes to try new things. It was relaxed and...fun.
