Winding Down & Gearing Up

We wrapped up our week of Kajukenbo seminars last night. It was a great experience. I learned a lot, and it just fueled my passion and enthusiasm to train harder, learn more, and keep practicing.

Just a few pix from last night's closing ceremony plus the previous day's outdoor training -- and then, stay tuned for some big news coming up in the next few days.

  2. Great!! Studying the martial arts is one of the best things that ever happened to me! I have never worked out on the beach like that. I really like the idea! Your dedication is very impressive!

  3. I want to add that I have trained in Tang Su Do, jujitsu, and Shotokan, but my highest rank is in Kenpo. Kajukenbo and what I've learned have very similar roots :-)

  5. Big news? Do tell:) I've got snow on the brain. For a minute I thought that the sand was snow and thought, "shit, she's way more hardcore than me. In the snow barefoot"! LOL.
