I went through most of today feeling like I never really woke up. It was a dreadful feeling. I got a lot done, but I just felt tired and lethargic. Ironically, I got 7 hours of sleep - perhaps that was too much? Anyway, a 20-minute afternoon power nap helped me get through a killer Kajukenbo workout.
Short post today as not much is going on (plus I'm still a bit tired).
