Motivation Monday

Each day is a chance to get it right. Work hard. Eat right. Get a good night's sleep. Then wake up the next day and give it your all.

  3. :) love all of these..whenever I do interval training on the treadmill..during my sprints I actually workout like my life depends on it and it really does (if I don't sprint I will fall off :D )

  4. Great attitude! Following those each day almost guarantees your success, but how many actually do is not a number I'd like to think about for too long!
